It's been 15 minutes, and I didn't
receive my text (SMS) or picture (MMS) message. Turn your phone off and back on, and it should show up. Messages always leave our system, but sometimes they are lost by providers, your phone may lose its signal/connection while downloading them, or your phone's memory doesn't have enough free memory to store them (try deleting some old stuff). Plus make sure you have Multimedia Messaging or Text Messaging added to your phone. Some people automatically think that it is active on there phone but don't have it. Most cell phone carriers block incomming items from accounts that don't have these features activated. Where can I find my music on my computer? (When browsing for it) On Windows, your music is usually inside the "My Music" folder, which is inside of "My Documents". On a Mac, your music should be located inside the "Music" folder (usually shown on the left-side of each "browsing" window), or inside of your user account. I can't save the ringtone! It could be that your phone's memory is full; try deleting some older content that you might want to replace. Or, if you're creating a ringtone, shorten the length of that tone (in seconds). T-Mobile is giving me "Access denied" when I try to get the file. Can you get to www.google.com on your phone? If not, you may not be configured properly for internet access on your phone. (or they may want you to pay) However, this may still be cheaper than actually paying them for your ringtones, so give them a call and say you want internet access! The ringtone will not set, or its in My Sounds folder! If your phone has a memory card and you're having trouble setting the ringtone, you should remove the card before receiving any content from us. (then reinsert it later) If you still have issues, it may be that your service provider has disabled the ability to receive content that is not provided by them. I know, it sucks. Check back with us every once in a while in case we've discovered a work-around, or whenever you've gotten a new phone. My iPhone ringtones won't work! It says they cannot be played and won't be transferred. Don't worry, you just need the latest version of the iPhone software! :) 1. Click the 'Check for Update' button (#2 in the picture) under your iPhone's settings page. (#1 in the picture) 2. If they still don't work after updating, grab the latest version of iTunes (here) and they will. My phone says the tone cannot be over 30kb! Try creating a 6 second long ringtone. That should work. My phone says the file already exists, but won't let me rename it! Turn your phone off, remove its memory card, turn it back on, then try again. That should work. I got the Picture message (MMS), but there was no ringtone, or it says "Network Authentication Failed". (Verizon) If you extended the length of your ringtone past 25 seconds, this can sometimes occur. Try creating a shorter tone, but let us know if you continue to experience issues. Verizon says I need to go VZWPIX.com or something. Picture Messaging is required, but not enabled on your phone. Give them a call and just say "I would like picture messaging enabled on my phone, please! :) " I uploaded a ringtone a few months back, now it's not in my library. Files are only stored for 90 days. After the 90 day mark the file is automatically deleted. How do I know what type of ringtone my phone accepts? You should consult your user manual, or you can use trial and error, by selecting a different type of ringtone to send to your phone. What is the (MMS), (SMS) or (GCD) by my service carrier mean? That is the method in how your ringtone is going to be delivered to your mobile device. Does does the "Wait Time" mean? Wait Time, is the amount of time that you have to wait as a free member, until you can upload and create another ringtone. What do I get with my premium account?
